1. Do I need an appointment to try on dresses?

No appointment is needed—walk-ins are always welcome! During busy seasons, such as prom, we may require appointments. If that changes, we’ll update this information right away.


2. What is your return policy?

All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges, so please make sure you truly love your dress before purchasing.


3. Do you offer a layaway plan?

Yes. You can start with a 30% deposit and make payments at your convenience up until your event date. Please note: dresses left 30 days past the written event date (without notice) will be returned to the sales floor.


4. Can dresses be ordered in a different size or color?

In most cases, dresses are sold as-is. However, select styles may be available to order in different sizes or colors—we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.


5. Do you provide alterations?

We do not provide alterations in-house, but we’re happy to recommend trusted local seamstresses.


6. Do you have an online store?

Not yet! At this time, we encourage you to shop in-store. We do hope to offer an online store in the future.


7. Can I bring food or drinks into the store?

We kindly ask that no food or drinks be brought into the store. We do have a designated area where you may leave them if needed.


8. Do you provide dress rentals?

No, we do not offer rentals. All dresses are available for purchase only.


9. Do you offer a school registry?

We do not provide a registry. Most schools now manage their own dress posts on Instagram or Facebook, which is the most effective way to track styles since multiple stores carry the same designers.
